Three alternatives for the Bethel Drive/Old Mill Road intersection were evaluated based on impacts to the human and natural environment, including the two shown in the “Bethel Drive/Old Mill Road Intersection Alternatives” displays. Alternatives 1 and 2 were eliminated from further analysis mainly due to right-of-way impacts and relocations. The remaining alternative has been incorporated into the overall project improvements and is currently shown in the “Display of the Proposed Design.”
